This pic literally took me back to Flashback City. Circa 1998 when I dressed my hair just like this for my Senior Prom date. I had a super tight and form-fitting plain, cap-sleeved black dress that just went to the top of my knees, no less; with super high slits up both sides that made me fill with coquettish pride. And my short bobb-ish hair was twisted and curled and adorned with white baby's breath; I felt like such a sophisticated girl. And now that I think of it, I'd love to feel like that again. Maybe this time with a flower crown as my hair's best friend.
