I can't really tell you why I always shy away from blue eye shadows, liners and then some. Maybe it's because I have blue eyes already which makes me think I shouldn't try lining them in a blue hue that's super dark and/or heavy. Whatever my past reasoning, it's all changed since seeing this Creatures of the Wind eye look, okay? Now all I wanna do is steal this look and line my bottom lashes and eyes in a thick, rich velvet-y blue. Uh-huh. 'Tis true!!
