I know I've said it before here on this little blog o' mine, my first foray into a bright and blue turquoise eye line; you know, when I saw my big sister's school pic and her eyes were literally rimmed all the way around with it? Well, what goes around comes right back around again, doesn't it, my fellow eye makeup-loving friends? Because it's clear that the turquoise (lined) eye is here to stay, at least for a tiny part of this current decade. And if on big ol' bug eyed me it looks even half as well, then you should just start calling me - Lil' Miss Blue Belle.
