I had never heard of french knots in embroidery, but boy oh boy, are they lovely! And what a statement something like this would make if it were to be tatted on me, permanently, for goodness sake! Like a chest or back piece - wouldn't that look so gosh darn neat? It's just so intricate and tedious that it'd give pointillism a run for its money - don't you agree? So yeah. For Tat Tuesday, I sure wouldn't mind having my own tatted version of Knots Landing.
